During the long summer holiday period, we support parents through our holiday childcare program in small groups at the UCC finca.
Our individual swimming lessons with Ayla are extremely popular, and our children’s events such as the camping adventures and creative formats like our cooking courses or Movement & Creativity are just as inspiring as our seasonal specials. We always combine connection with joy and space for individual development.
Our offer is completed by individual pregnancy counseling, breastfeeding support, and parent coaching provided by our founder and long-standing home birth midwife Susanne.
All services can also be combined modularly and are individually tailored to your family.
From what age do you look after children?
Our work begins in infancy and continues into adolescence, depending on the services offered and the setting.
The composition of the groups and the selection of caregivers are age-appropriate and take into account the children’s developmental stage and personality.
How does a request work?
After you get in touch with us, we discuss your wishes, framework conditions, and expectations together.
Based on this, we develop a suitable childcare solution and prepare an individual offer, depending on the scope and duration of the childcare, the number and ages of the children, the location, any special needs, and the level of flexibility required.
Short-notice bookings usually involve increased organizational effort and are taken into account accordingly.
What do the costs consist of?
Our prices are based on the actual work involved. This depends on the working hours of the caregiver, the number and age of the children, the location and accessibility of the place of work, and the individual requirements/needs of those being cared for.
We work transparently, with fair pricing and at a premium level—not with off-the-shelf flat rates.
You will always receive a personalized quote that is tailored precisely to your family.
Is there a minimum booking requirement?
Yes. To ensure quality, continuity, and planning security, we work with minimum booking times—especially for our nanny service.
We will discuss the details individually during the initial consultation.
Are your employees insured?
Yes.
All caregivers are permanently employed, covered by social security, and insured through our company.
Additional organizational and insurance standards apply to events and group offers.
Which languages are supported?

The choice of language is based on your family and the needs of your children.

If capacity is available: yes.
