Christopher
After more than 20 years in child and youth services, I know what children need in order to develop in a healthy way and grow into their sense of self-efficacy.
I founded UCC to offer parents a service that combines education, values, and reliability.
For UCC, I develop creative learning methods that spark curiosity and enable children to learn through experience and action.
Susanne
Managing Director, Midwife & Parent Coach
With more than 25 years of experience as an independent THK® home birth midwife and additional qualifications in systemic counseling and homeopathy, I now support families in Mallorca with a deep understanding of every up and down within the family system, acting as a “guide” who provides orientation.
I believe in clear boundaries, genuine relationships, and the great potential that lies within every child, every mother, and every father.
Kira
I have supported UCC as an external project manager and sparring partner to the management team since its founding phase. In this role, I help build sustainable structures, processes, and clear decision-making pathways.
I facilitate key meetings, support team development processes, introduce agile working methods, and have also been involved in the development of the website and social media channels. In addition, I take on operational responsibility when needed.
With my Master’s degree in linguistics and my background in language studies and intercultural communication, I bring a particular sensitivity for language, attitude, and collaboration within organizations.
Ayla
For me, swimming is more than a skill. It is self-efficacy in the best sense of the word.
In my role as a social educator with the additional qualification of swimming instructor, I provide safe and joyful swimming lessons, always individually adapted, with understanding, patience, and great sensitivity for my young clients.
As a professional chef with 10 years of experience, I also design and lead our cooking courses for children – healthy, creative, and full of everyday joy.

Creative courses, outdoor adventures, seasonal events, and individual nanny care form a coherent overall concept for discerning families.
Our UCC finca is the central place of this vision. It is here that we create spaces for development, movement, creativity, and community. In small groups, with clear structure and qualified professionals, we create services that give children substance and parents confidence.
